As a Guest Relations Executive you know London like the back of your hand, are a passionate storyteller, always have your finger on the pulse and your personality lights up the room.
You will aspire to show our guests not just the best side of our hotel but also our remarkable city.
From stay preparation to recommendations and follow ups you will be taking your guests by the hand and ensuring their complete satisfaction with their stay.

- Previous experience in a 5* hotel
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Exceptional customer care skills
- Empathy for your guests and colleagues
