    Director or Senior Associate of Private Client Team

    Location:
    Flexible across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire

    Salary:
    £60,000 - £80,000+ (depending on PQE and experience)

    BCL Legal is delighted to assist one of the largest and most recognized law firms in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, renowned for their exceptional service and commitment to work-life balance.

    This prestigious firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to join their Private Client Team, you can either join as a Senior Associate with a view to Director depending on your level of experience.


    Role Overview:
    As a Director in the Private Client Team, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's success.


    Your responsibilities will include:

    Business Development:
    Drive the growth and success of the Private Client Team through strategic business development initiatives.


    Team Management:

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior solicitors, ensuring their professional growth and the delivery of high-quality service.


    Fee Earning:
    Manage a diverse caseload, providing expert advice and services to high-net-worth individuals and families.


    Requirements:
    Minimum of 6 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor.

    Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.

    Strong business development skills with a passion for growing the practice.

    Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
