    The core purpose of the role is to support the Head of Comms in executing activities contributing to the growth plans for online presence of our organisation's various social media platforms.

    The post holder is responsible for designing and delivering digital communication strategies as outlined by the Head of Communications and/or the Communications strategy, growing audience and maximising the effectiveness of our online presence.

    The role will support across our four markets and six services.
    Optimises the use of digital media channels as an effective communication strategy.
    Produces high quality content in both video formats and written skills to meet strategic goals as communicated by the Head of Comms
    Develops and curates high-quality, creative and engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok and an internal networked digital channel across our sites which (currently under development)
    Contributes towards the creation of multimedia content including videos, graphics, interactive elements to develop and enhance our digital offer
    Monitors social media analytics to track performance metrics, analyse campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement;
    Prepares regular reports on digital channel activity and recommendations based on data analysis;

    Supports the Head of Communications cross-functionally to align social media with marketing and communication strategies and responsible for executing the outcomes.

    Expectation of travel between sites
    Possess excellent written and verbal skills using English as a first language or fluently
    Possess good knowledge and preferably experience of delivering social media strategies and content in a B2B environment.
