My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Head of IT to join their team in the Maidstone office permanently

You'll inspire the IT team to become the best Engineers they can be, own and manage the entire existing platforms, and continue the roadmap of modernisation of the IT platform.

Responsibilities include:

*Managing all IT staff
*Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to ensure the smooth running of the IT department
*Controlling all the documents and data, including data mapping, cyber security, role-based permissions, etc
*Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and secure
*Implementation of the IT Support desk, including internal SLAs, and support resource capacity monitoring
*Full project and change management lifecycle on all user and supplier policies, tech stack and operation best practices, cost/value maximisation of IT spend, etc.
*Collaborate with the internal project teams
*BAU activity, compliance, risks and costs

Technical Skills Required:

10+ years in a Technical Support role - Microsoft-centric environment at an end-user company

*Dynamics 365 ERP suite

2+ years in a Senior IT Manager role

*Cyber Security
*Azure administration & automation - O365, SharePoint, VM hosting and AD
*API integration & ETL
*Data architecture, infrastructure, warehousing and administration
*Asta PowerProject, Eque2 Applications, Doc Hosting

Desirable Skills:

*ITIL
*Prince2

*MB-920: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals

*MB-700: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance & Operations App Solutions Architect
*MB-600: Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solutions Architect
