    Description

    Job Title:
    Tech Lead

    Are you ready to showcase your skills and take on a leadership role in the tech world Look no further than this Tech Lead position with Citation Group.


    At Citation Group, as a Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of one of our engineering teams, working closely with the Engineering Manager to steer the technical direction of projects.

    This involves collaborating with your team and key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of top-notch, robust, and scalable software solutions.



    Main Responsibilities:
    • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with technical architects, Engineering Manager, and senior stakeholders to shape the technical direction.
    • Requirements Translation: Work closely with business stakeholders and Product teams to transform project requirements into technical specifications.
    • Code Quality: Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, testing, and security.
    • Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation in software development processes and technologies.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure successful integrations.
    • Quality Assurance: Oversee automation tests to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Technical Evaluation: Evaluate software solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are aligned with the system architecture.


    Key Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar technical role.
    • Strong expertise in BDD, TDD, and pair programming.
    • Proficient in PHP development in an Agile/DevOps environment.
    • Deep understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and secure software development.
    • Experience in Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and AWS services.
