Business Change Lead

Nottingham

£40,000 - £50,000 + benefits

A Business Change Lead is required for this independent regional UK law firm is known for its highly effective solutions to clients' complex needs within selected markets which include the largest public and private sector organizations, alongside SMEs and high net worth individuals. This role will take ownership for leading change projects across the business, helping to build capability by working with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new ways of working, systems, processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Change Lead

strong relationships at all levels of the business
with senior stakeholders to help define the vision of change
change strategies and plans
impact assessments to understand the effects of change on the business
the implementation and delivery of change on projects
that changes are successfully accepted and adopted by the business
any issues and risks to adoption and help mitigate them
and monitor the benefits of changes to ensure they are realised
an ambassador of the change management agenda across the business

Key Skills and Requirements of the Business Change Lead

will be experienced delivering change ideally within the legal or other professional services sector
management qualifications are highly desirable
IT skills with good understanding and experience of using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
looking and positive 'can do' attitude
being busy and 'hands on' with practical delivery
working with people at all levels of seniority
stakeholder management and relationship building skills
