My client is one of Europe's leading companies in their industry. They help their customers settle their debt problems in a practical and affordable way. Every year they help thousands of people get back on their feet and leave them feeling satisfied.

My client is looking for someone who is passionate about delivering customer service and is confident in building relationships with new and existing clients.

What's in it for you?

So what will you be doing?

  • Through a mixture of inbound and outbound calls, you'll help customers pay off their debt in a way that is manageable
  • Use effective questioning skills to establish the customers income and expenditure
  • Agree payment plans that are right for the customer and the business
  • Demonstrate empathy with customers and always treat them fairly
  • Meet quality targets and ensure you are following the latest legislation.
