    _roam__ role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we'll support you working from a variety of locations. _

The Role:


We're looking for an Investment Liaison Advisor on a permanent basis to provide effective communication, consultation and support to customers on planned works programmes.

This includes internal and external works to occupied homes such as kitchen and bathroom replacement, rewires, roofing and heating installation.


Reporting to the Investment Area Manager, you will offer the key link between Thirteen and our customers, ensuring effective engagement and communication before, during and after the work.


You will be required to visit customers in their homes to explain the work, noting individual requirements and compiling customer profiles to tailor our service to individual circumstances, providing a friendly and courteous service to ensure disruption is minimised.


You will work closely with the delivery team communicating at every stage, and will assist with contract administration including appointment letters and reminders, phone calls and ensuring customers are ready for us to start work on the agreed date to maximise access.


As an Investment Liaison Advisor, you will be supporting vulnerable customers ensuring safety and security is maintained at all times.

You will also be required to gain customer feedback through satisfaction questionnaires.


The Person:

You will be an effective communicator, ideally with experience in the social housing investment, maintenance and repairs sector.

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, you will enthusiastically drive projects that improve peoples' lives and add real value to local communities.
