Thornbury Community Services (part of Acacium Group)

Highridge - Bristol Office (BS99 6ZZ
) (hybrid working once at established level
)

Permanent, Full Time

£24,000 rising to £25,000 per annum after Probabtion + up to 5% bonus**
Monday to Friday - Shift Patterns 7-3, 9-5, 10-6pm

(Hybrid working, 3 days in office & 2 days working from home)

As a Learning Disability and Autism Healthcare Coordinator you will be responsible for providing world class customer service and administration support.

You will act as an initial point of contact for customers and support with enquiries from clients, agency workers and the wider operations of the business.

It is a really rewarding role where your actions can improve peoples lives every day.


Everyday you will

  • Be resilient with your approach to work always presenting professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and
colleagues.

  • Liaise with external clients to enhance client relationship to support business growth, often establishing additional demand and promoting nurse availability.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a customer service or customerfocused environment with the customer being at the heart of everything that we do
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines whilst remaining resilient.
  • The drive to learn and grow your skillset to improve performance with a willingness to pick up the phone and speak to people as much as possible
