What's the purpose of this role?
The Client Service Team Member role is integral to the delivery of Stowe's Client Value Proposition.
The client experience is at the heart of every process and procedure and has been carefully designed with the clients' needs in mind.
It is the responsibility of the Client Service Team to manage the initial client journey.Who 'is' Stowe Family Law?
Stowe Family Law is the country's largest specialist family law firm with over 100 lawyers specialising in divorce, financial remedy and children law across 58 offices.

Requirements:
As a Client Service Team Member you will be responsible for;
New Client Enquiries
- Establishing the client's needs and quickly assessing how we can best service those
- Accurately taking down key information and entering it onto our case management system
- Reassuring the client and dealing with their requests professionally and sensitively
- Signposting and providing additional information where required
- Booking the appointment and following internal procedure to communicate both internally and with the client
Aftercare
- Ensuring that any final communication with the client has a positive message

- Parttime (2 days per week) 2 weeks initial training in our Harrogate office
