The role
As a Production Support Operative, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

You'll make a difference by collaborating with us on our transformation journey and making a positive impact on our business.


Day to day, you'll be involved in the:

  • Physical movement of goods and products using Counter balance /Reach fork lift trucks and overhead gantry cranes.
  • General Lifting and slinging activities following lift plans where applicable.
  • Movement around site of plant, equipment and materials, including movement of irregular loads.
  • General housekeeping duties e.g. sweeping up, emptying bins, lifting equipment, cleaning up spills, keeping all areas clean and tidy at all times ensuring a safe working environment. Banksman duties interacting with Hauliers and couriers.

Essential experience of the Production Support Operative:


  • Use of counter balance /reach trucks
  • Carry out lifting and slinging using overhead gantry cranes.
This role is based onsite full time, working 36 hours per week.


Qualifications for the Production Support Operative:

  • Lifting and Slinging associated qualification
  • Counter balance/ Reach truck associated qualification.
