Sales and Customer Service Administrator
£23,000 - £25,000 +bonus, Uckfield (outskirts), Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Pension, Parking, Progression Opportunity, Sick Pay
The Role
- Acting as a point of contact for all customer enquiries relating to their orders
- Processing customer orders
- Preparing customer correspondence
- Provide customers with information on their orders and regarding the products and services of the business, taking orders and card payments where necessary
- Manage and updating of CRM
Requirements:
We would expect the successful Sales andCustomer Service Administrator to demonstrate some experience in a Customer Service and Administration role - in ideal world, you will have experience of working in technical markets (e.g., manufacturing, engineeringor maritime), however a good attitude and administrative experience in other sectors will be considered.
