Trainee Double Glazing Repair Operative

Salary:
£20,000pa (negotiable)

Burgess Hill

Duration:
Permanent

Hours: 40 p/w

Benefits: 23 days holiday, Pension, Uniform, Tools and Safety Wear provided.

You will be working alongside experienced operatives where you will be shown and encouraged to be involved in both the diagnosis and rectifications of problems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Be physically fit, as the job requires mobility to carry and handle tools and equipment as well a degree of strength for lifting. Some ladder work is included.
Have practical ability
Be able to show initiative
Develop your problemsolving skills
Show interest in your work and the needs of the customers
Have good powers of observation
Be able to discuss issues with customers, colleagues and management
Be a good team member, while also developing the confidence and initiative to work independently

The Person:

Presentable and personable
Motivated to learn new skills and work hard
A flexible approach to your work and happy to work out of hours if needs be
You must hold a full, current, UK Driving license with own vehicle due to location
Experience using tools would be advantageous
