Wild Berry Associates are recruiting for a Order Management Coordinator to join an exciting, fast past FMCG start up based in Holborn, London.


As the Order Management Coordinator you will be part of a small but highly dynamic and motivated Supply Chain team.


You will be responsible for:

  • Order management and tracking across all retailer platforms
  • Process and release orders in WMS systems
  • Order management in Net suite
  • Track month to date order value across retailer platforms
  • Data management for Sell In/Sell Thru/Stock (download data across platforms to feed into Power BI)
  • Supporting the preparation of recording sales invoices
  • Preparing sales summary reports using several different market platforms
  • Determining the cause of inaccuracies sales invoices

For this role it is important you are:

  • A Proficient user of Microsoft package: Excel, Outlook
  • Net suite experience (desired not essential)
  • Power BI experience (desired not essential)
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player Someone who has experience working within FMCG (desired but not essential)
**This is a hybrid role (2 days wfh

  • 3 days in the office) once training has completed.
**Hours 9:00-17:30 Monday-Friday
