Graphic Arts is an established, family-run manufacturing and printing company based in Coventry with divisions selling promotional merchandise, signage and retail displays.

The company has seen significant growth over recent years and has ambitious future growth plans.

With a focus on providing high quality solutions and customer service excellence, we are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:

Joining our dynamic team you'll report to the warehouse manager; you will be energetic and determined in ensuing the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse, whilst working as a team and putting our customers first.

Reports to:
Warehouse Manager

Role Objectives and Responsibilities include:

Goods in and goods out
Counting and checking goods
Packing, labelling and preparing goods for despatch
Offloading/loading delivery vehicles
Accepting deliveries from carriers
Safe operation of forklift truck
Carrying out occasional van deliveries
Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
Being flexible to assist with other duties as required
Have a positive cando approach to facilitate the company's general daytoday operations

Requirements:

Good general education
Good communication skills and organising ability
Clear command of written and spoken English
Accuracy and keen attention to detail
Ability to work alone and with others as required
Full clean UK driving license (required)
Forklift experience (required)
IT skills including Outlook and Word
Commitment to the company values of integrity, quality, team spirit

Ideally we are looking for someone to work a basic 25-hour week with flexibility to work additional hours at busy times.

Basic hours are 8am - 1pm Monday to Friday although there is some flexibility available as to the exact hours of work.
