Kingswood Group are working closely with our client based in Chelmsford to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a 12 month contract basis.

Duties to include:

Coaching and guiding line managers on a wide range of HR issues
Working closely with leaders and managers in dealing with business change project implementation
Providing advice in relation to more complex ER casework and change programmes
Supporting and working closely with the HR Business Partners
Analysing MI and business metrics
Leading on the delivery of projects

Experience required:

Recent experience operating at a similar level
Strong communication and influencing skills
Broad ER experience, including managing complex cases
MCIPD qualified or working towards

This role is a 12 month contract and will offer flexible/remote working, you will ideally need to work and attend meetings on a regular basis in Chelmsford.
