iMultiply are delighted to be working with a global business searching for an Interim Finance Administrator which comes with an immediate start and opportunities to turn into a permanent role.
The business is based in the West of Edinburgh and is served by great transport links and free on-site parking.
The key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Answering the main phone lines into the office
- Reception function meeting and greeting visitors, deliveries etc
- Oversight of a shared mailbox for all activities
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Scanning and shredding documents
- Booking accommodation using the Services booking system
- Filing
- Any other general administration duties.
- Experience in an administration position
- Have excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook and Teams skills
- IT literacy is required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good team worker
Job Type:
Temporary contract
Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
