iMultiply are delighted to be working with a global business searching for an Interim Finance Administrator which comes with an immediate start and opportunities to turn into a permanent role.


The business is based in the West of Edinburgh and is served by great transport links and free on-site parking.


The key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Answering the main phone lines into the office
  • Reception function meeting and greeting visitors, deliveries etc
  • Oversight of a shared mailbox for all activities
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scanning and shredding documents
  • Booking accommodation using the Services booking system
  • Filing
  • Any other general administration duties.
To be considered you would have the following experience:

  • Experience in an administration position
  • Have excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook and Teams skills
  • IT literacy is required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team worker
