Our client, a prestigious independent estate agent, are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Property Sales Negotiator to join their Holiday Complex sales team on a full-time basis in their Exeter office with on target earnings up to £30,000.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a market leading team with a super reputation as an employer in the South West area.


This is a fabulous role which will involve a variety of front-line property sales responsibilities, including all aspects of client and customer contact, property viewings, negotiation and sales progression, whilst offering long term career progression.


They are looking for a mature natured person with experience dealing with high end clientele who is looking for a career, rather than just a job, where there will be future promotion prospects and high earning potential for the right person.


You will be hard-working and articulate, well-presented, a real team player, able to communicate at all levels and looking to expand on your already gained knowledge.

This is an exciting and varied role dealing with different types of people and property.

On target earnings will be in the region of £25-30,000 to include basic salary of around £20,000 and commission. The role will also involve working some Saturday mornings on a rota basis (usually one in four). A full driving licence and the use of your own car is essential.
