London (5 days office based job)

Who You'll Be Working for:
Digital Entertainment

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

Start up business in VTuber
Launch of new UK/European VTuber business
Overall planning and design of the VTuber business
Character planning and production supervision
Distribution content planning and production supervision
Scenario planning
Event planning and design, supervision of implementation

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

Japanese to mother tongue standard
Experience as a TV Director or YouTube and other programme planning and production
Experience as a talent manager or as a project manager for animation, games or other IP development
Experience and skills in schedule management and production progress management
Daily exposure to the cutting edge of entertainment
Experience of using tools such as Google and necessary IT literacy
Departmental management experience
General experience of working in the animation industry
Experience in influencer business, including YouTubers, etc.
R&M and analytical skills in the industry
