    • Collaborate with the North West Area Lead for STIP and education management personnel to ensure the effective delivery of a comprehensive teaching service that fosters educational success, inclusivity, and student well-being.
    • Engage in managing the North West STIP team and functioning as a STIP Teacher to support schools in Woking, Runnymede, and Surrey Heath, with occasional county-wide meetings, offering a dynamic and diverse work routine.
    • Contribute to team management, service enhancement, and the delivery of high-quality teaching services as a part of your role. Embrace the chance to empower schools to meet the needs of SEND students through collaborative efforts, training initiatives, and tailored interventions.
    • Establish strong partnerships with schools and stakeholders, championing effective collaboration to bridge educational disparities and drive positive student outcomes.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Hold qualified teacher status with a proven track record in identifying and supporting students with additional educational requirements.
    • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Possess a solid understanding of relevant educational trends and the SEND Code of Practice.
    • Recognize the impact of learning difficulties and challenging behaviors on student progression.
    • Showcase experience in curriculum enhancements to elevate learning opportunities.
    • Highlight prior leadership roles and contributions to staff development within educational settings.
    • Illustrate commitment to fostering meaningful connections with families and education partners.
