- Collaborate with the North West Area Lead for STIP and education management personnel to ensure the effective delivery of a comprehensive teaching service that fosters educational success, inclusivity, and student well-being.
- Engage in managing the North West STIP team and functioning as a STIP Teacher to support schools in Woking, Runnymede, and Surrey Heath, with occasional county-wide meetings, offering a dynamic and diverse work routine.
