- Obtain land and rights, as well as environmental and planning consents for utility projects in rural and urban settings.
- Assess and resolve agricultural and other grantor losses related to utility works.
- Interpret legal notices and conduct options evaluations to guide client decisions.
- Facilitate communication between Grantors and Client Project Teams, informing them about scheme implications and contributing to effective solutions.
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
- Background in rural estate/land management, agriculture, or environmental consent acquisition.
- Professional certifications like MRICS/AssocRICS/FAAV or similar are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with utility or infrastructure projects is a plus.
