The Role

The role is for a Technical Buyer to support the Manufacturing and Engineering development needs of the business. You will be using technical procurement skills to support the companies company projects and financial goals.

ERP or MRP system experience and experience of it's uses within procurement.
Controlling and monitoring stock levels.
Sourcing and selecting suppliers.
Placing and progressing orders.
Experience working in a project driven mechanical engineering environment.
Electrical and mechanical engineering process knowledge.
Awareness and experience/knowhow of how to calculate reorder points, minimum stock levels and reorder points.
