If you are a seasoned senior level EA and enjoy a busy and varied role, then read on.

This prestigious and very dynamic organisation are looking for a confident EA to support 2 of their very senior board directors.

Your duties will be many and varied, fromcoordinating complex and ever changing diaries, organising meetings, conferences and events, attending meetings and taking notes, preparing agendas and any other ad hoc project work your bosses need your help with.


You should be a self starter, confident in your abilities, an excellent communicator and someone who enjoys being very proactive, juggling priorities and meeting deadlines.

You should be hugely discreet, mature and someone who enjoys building relationshipswith colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. A natural team-player, you should have an extremely strong work ethic and be very tech savvy.

This is a maternity contract which will last 12 months. It is a hybrid role and you are expected in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
