About the role
We're looking for an experienced and proactive communications professional to help Atlanta positively engage both our internal and external audiences through the creation of compelling content, and the impactful development and management of our communications channels.
This role will support in leading the Communications & Engagement team and have key accountability for deliverables across a range of disciplines.
You will help to deliver the Ardonagh Retail and Atlanta corporate communications strategy, PR, employee engagement, channels, content, events, and overarching people and culture guidance, as well as leading on key programmes such as Wellness4Life, Atlanta Community Fund and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Playing a key role in the design and delivery of the Communications and Engagement strategy for Atlanta, this role is ideal for someone who loves creating stories and purposeful content, with a strong focus on engagement and culture initiatives, building our employer brand, and working across all functions to deliver high quality operational communications for employees.
Your role will be to bring Atlanta's communications and engagement strategy to life through the management of our key channels and the creation of exceptional content which reinforces the corporate narrative and builds audience engagement, primarily with our colleagues but also out to external audiences.
You will work with senior stakeholders across the business to develop content and campaigns that are tailored appropriately to target audiences and channels, both proactively and upon request.

Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt to a wide range of styles is essential to the success of this role, as is the ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote environment.
This role would suit an experienced communications professional with a passion for content, channels and strategic projects, looking for an opportunity to step up and take greater ownership of the communications and engagement strategy and stakeholder relationships in a leadership role.
