Stepping Stones Care have a Therapeutic Children's Home in Birmingham and are looking to add to our already talented staff team.

Job Requirements

Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable
A Full Manual UK Driver's License is essential
A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
Experience working with Young People within a residential environment
Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.
