Year 5 Teaching Assistant | Graduate | West Drayton


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join primary school situated in West Drayton as a Year 5 teaching assistant.

You would be expected to lead small groups and potentially support individuals but it is not a 1:1 post.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Potentially support oneonone with students on their learning and development
  • Create and implement individualized education plans
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior support
  • Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure student success
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree (English GCSE A-C is a must)
  • Experience working with children in a classroom setting preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for working with students with diverse needs
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Year 5 Teaching Assistant | Graduate | West Drayton

Salary:
£80.00-£95.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Greater London:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
