Starting out as a small start-up a few years ago, to now being a scalable, profitable business with an enviable portfolio of clients in consumer and fmcg.

The design agency works across branding, identity, packaging design, brand communications, digital, advertising, POS, activation and consumer experience - a very integrated approach.


As their new Creative Director, you'll already be an expert in refreshing established brands for growth and successfully bringing new brands to life - they need someone who is passionate about delivering big ideas beyond packaging, taking brand identity and bringing it to life across all campaign comms with packaging being a core initial output.

It's highly likely you'll have worked for a respected agency in London or elsewhere in the world and you'll be able to lead and mentor this dynamic team, making an impact on the - and their clients.

As a Creative Director you will also be able to nurture client relationships and be confident in presenting with ease to inspire client confidence through world-class design knowledge and expertise.

This agency has got oomph, passion, thought and creativity in spades and aren't afraid to shout about it.

You'll be a big cog in a small wheel, most of them have worked in global branding agencies beforehand, but here you get to work with world class consumer and fmcg brands, AND also have a better lifestyle, isn't that the point? They are hybrid working and only request that you be in the office twice a week.


As Creative Director, you'll help them to continue their growth, further developing their own brand, helping to lead their outbound marketing to drive new business forward.

You will be able to build on your existing team around you and strategically respond proactively to any creative curve balls thrown your way, all the while remaining calm when under pressure.


ESSENTIALS

  • 10+ years' experience as a Creative Director in a design, brand or packaging agency
  • Strong leadership and mentoring qualities a must
  • A portfolio that includes exceptional big ideas across FMCG, brand, packaging and Corporate Comms
  • Farming business opportunities from your clients
  • Strong handson design skills
