We have a vacancy for a porter

Your main responsibility will be to work as part of a small team at Various Location within Central London (TFL Zone One) responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the assigned client site.

As a representative of OCS Security, you will ensure that an exceptional service is provided as per the contract requirements.

You will ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner and all relevant legislation is adheredto.

Main Duties include:

Work with the multidisciplinary team in providing a supportive working environment.
To promote a professional and friendly image for all visitors, patients, and staff.
Provide Cover for the site reception and switchboard as and when required.
General administrative duties to include Photocopying, faxing and the use of a computer and franking machine as required.
Check, maintain and set up meeting rooms in accordance with daily requirements
Collect and deliver outgoing and incoming mail and parcel post.
Setup meeting and consulting rooms ready for use.
Remove or relocate furniture and or equipment as requested.
Portering Duties as required.
Restock restroom consumable products as required or requested.
Collect and remove all general rubbish bags and Clinical waste from the building to their appropriate collection points.
Ensure the building and surrounding area is kept clear of any debris/rubbish.
Conduct general building security patrols.
To provide exceptional first line manned guarding to the assigned contract.
Compliance with all identified legislation, i.e. H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
To protect the security and safety of the identified buildings and personnel, All duties must be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
Comply with all assigned Site, Security Assignment Instructions.
Other duties commensurate with the role as requested by OCS Management and the Site Supervisor.
