This Python-Django Developer role is for a major global media company, working with clients such as Peugeot, Royal Mail, Virgin & Vodafone.
A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.
- Strong proficiency with Python 4+ years, writing effective and scalable Python code
- Proficient in working with SQL database solutions such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Very familiar with frontend technologies, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Integrating frontend elements with serverside logic
- Basic DevOps skills
- Bash, Shell, Azure Pipelines or equivalent
- Large data set ingestion
- A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Suggest workflow process improvements and sustain selforganized agile teams
- Maintaining active communication with the customer to clarify the requirements and translate them into technical user stories
- Mentoring other members of the team
- A good leader, empathic and working independent
- Excellent written and speaking English skills
- Analysing requirements & designing new functionality.
- Design, build & maintain efficient, reusable & reliable code.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to mitigate & address these issues.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Keep clear documentation of database setup and architecture.
