As the Credit Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the financial strength of the company. Your responsibilities encompass credit underwriting, debt recovery, and leading a small credit control team.


Responsibilities:


  • Debt Recovery: Strategically handle collections, negotiate payments, and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and motivate a compact credit control team, ensuring their success.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on credit performance, using data to drive improvements.
  • Customer Relations: Collaborate with sales and customer service, maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Previous experience related to this role and ideally overseeing a team.


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Written and verbal
  • B2B and B2C Credit Control experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Good IT skills including Excel
