We are now looking for an experienced QS to work as a Project Manager / Employers Agent in our Norwich Head office.

Oxbury is a professional practice of Chartered Surveyors providing the full range of Project Management, Employer's Agent and Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) services for a wide spectrum of public, private and commercial clients throughout the East,East Midlands, South East of England and Greater London area,

We are involved in a wide variety of projects in multiple sectors: Residential; industrial; commercial, infrastructure; education and leisure.

We support our clients to build everything from carbon-neutral social housing and schools; through to prestige-brandmanufacturing facilities and cutting-edge high-tech developments.

  • You'll need to be either RICS, CIOB or APM professionally qualified or have an equivalent level of knowledge and have experience with a private practice or consultancy.
  • You'll have significant experience in the role of a Project Manager and / or Employer's Agent and be able to demonstrate your skills in traditional, Design & Build and NEC procurement and contract administration.
  • You'll have experience in the residential sector and if you've worked in other sectors that would be a bonus.
  • If you are also professional, diplomatic and client focussed then you could be just who we are looking for
