We have a vacancy for a Part Time Office Administrator in our Finance department based in our Stourbridge Office.

Roles and Responsibilities


The job involves data input into Excel spreadsheets to compile monthly spreadsheets for invoicing, archiving in-house invoice system, dealing with correspondence and general administrative duties required to support a small team of Finance Administrators.


Person Specification
Customer service experience preferable and the ability to work on own initiative is essential.


What We Can Offer You
The hours of work are 25 per week Monday to Friday (hours to be agreed)

  • Starting salary is £10.82 per hour.
