A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a reputable group of schools based in NW London.

This is a permanent position, looking to interview as soon as possible.

Description

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures across the employee life-cycle
  • Facilitating employee relations meetings; disciplinary, grievance, performance management etc
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new staff
  • Providing support to managers and employees on flexible working requests, maternity, paternity etc
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Supporting with the designing and delivery of line manager training
  • HR project work.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor must have:

  • Previous HR advisory experience
  • Working within education would be extremely beneficial
  • Credibility and excellent customer service skills.
