- Lead the Professional Services category, ensuring effective procurement and contract management.
- Develop and promote innovative procurement strategies and market analysis techniques.
- Provide data and supplier analysis to support new service delivery methods, ensuring best value and continuous improvement.
- Support and collaborate with the Head of Procurement in designing and implementing local and national strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Public Sector procurement regulations and the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
- Lead procurement projects via the Government's Find a Tender Service (FTS).
- Significant experience in Public Sector procurement and familiarity with Public Contract Regulations 2015.
- Membership or working towards membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in leading procurement initiatives and achieving best value.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Competitive salary ranging from £53,000 - £61,000.
