    Description

    The Role:

    We have an opening for a Sales Support position to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a great team player with strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to perform well under pressure, a willingness to learn, and a pleasant telephone manner are essential.

    The successful candidate must have previous experience in a fast-paced environment and be capable of delivering top-notch service to clients. Being self-motivated, reliable, and flexible is crucial, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

    This is a full-time role (including some Saturdays) that involves providing support to the sales team, maintaining day-to-day contact with clients and potential buyers, matching buyers with properties, and organizing viewings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Registration of new buyers
    • Preparation of property brochures
    • Coordinating local and regional advertising efforts
    • Organizing direct marketing campaigns
    • Conducting anti-money laundering checks
    • Updating window cards, brochure displays, and office systems
    • Liaising with potential buyers, arranging viewings, and managing schedules
    • Processing client invoices
    • Managing client files and databases
    • Establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients as needed
    • Performing periodic account reviews as per onboarding policies
    • Collaborating with the Client Onboarding Team and addressing issues promptly

    Person Specification:

    • Confident and friendly demeanor
    • Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
    • Experience in client due diligence and sanction checks
    • Ability to build effective working relationships at all organizational levels
    • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
    • Punctual and adaptable regarding work hours and responsibilities
    • Previous experience interpreting AML regulations

    Knowledge of MS Office:
    Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet search engines.

    • Interest in working in a real estate or estate agency environment
