**Technical Business Analyst - Payments/CHAPS/BACS
Excellent Opportunity for skilled Business Analyst with exposure within Payments (Faster Payments, CHAPS. BACS) to work in the UK's leading Challenger Bank - this is a role for a BA keen to work in both a product and system focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

Work as Backlog owner and lead the development team
Working with the branches, senior management and product owners to understand business needs to ensure that business requirements are covered in the systems
Ensure that the systems are compliant to regulatory requirements and internal policies and instructions
Develop Local Instructions, Blue Messages and training material for new deliveries
Follow up development and new deliveries, working with the IT development team to agree system solutions which:
monitor and maintain data quality; and

- ensure system integrity is achieved and maintained
- assist with deliveries/implementations in the system

Ensure good launch of new system functionality in agreement and cooperation with process

- and product owners
- testing of development and system maintenance

Follow up Business Value Objectives
2nd line support
Ensure that annual Risk assessments are carried out, that we have oversight of Operational Risks and that mitigating actions are planned and carried out to mitigate vulnerabilities
Ensure that continuity plans are developed and regularly tested in accordance with internal requirements
