Purpose
The self-motivated Executive Assistant is there to provide key administrative and business support to the Chief Commercial Officer. Act as an all-round gate keeper and manage the CCO's time with respect to priorities, goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive calendar and inbox management
  • Organising and coordinating external and internal meetings
  • Support 2 other Senior Executives within the Revenue Team (CCO direct reports)
  • Arranging travel and accommodation plans via the Afiniti Travel Desk
  • Managing expense coordination and submission
  • Organising and managing events
  • Providing general support to the wider Senior Team
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities and a collaborative approach
  • They must be able to deal with ambiguity in a fast paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative/PA/EA experience
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to navigate and arrange meetings with global participants using a range of communications, messaging and videoconferencing tool
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal communication skills are a must
  • Good attention to detail, proofreading skills and accuracy are essential
