Creative work produced for our clients ranges from branding and visual identities for change programmes/initiatives to supporting collateral including videos, animations, rich pictures, infographics, presentations and posters.


The Creative Designer is an integral part of our client delivery team, delivering creative work that brings business change to life.

The role will include but will not be limited to; creating Animations, Video Post-Production, Presentation Design and Artworking.


The Creative Designer will have a strong design background and creative imagination, adding value to the creative process contributing and demonstrating fresh ideas to bring business change to life.

This role should be passionate about creating internal design work that ultimately helps people adopt change.


Your skills and experience
Ideally, you'll bring the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • A gifted, mature designer with at least 10 years' design experience, ideally with experience working across multiple design disciplines (static/graphic, motion graphics, interactive)
  • Great knowledge ofAdobe CC: After Effects, Premiere,Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
  • Skilled in 2D Animation
  • 3D Animation and modelling skills advantageous
  • A design related degree and strong B2B corporate design experience is required, with some experience working directly with clients, ideally across multiple sectors
  • Proactive with the ability to selfmanage to meet deadlines and manage expectations
  • Polished and confident presentation and listening skills
  • Review Client needs and provide ongoing support to ensure the creative deliverables meet the brief and client's requirements
  • The creation of conceptual ideas, creative design assets and tools. Working with the project team to present ideas, maximise creativity, whilst obtaining the relevant input from the client and team to get signoff
  • Using design tools, to generate templates and assets.
Helping the engagement leads with their deliverables, this could include:
project identities, posters, infographics, videos, animations, learning materials, intranet portals, etc.

  • Proven ability to prioritise, multitask and work to critical deadlines
This role is homebased, supporting clients across the UK and world-wide and working with an excellent creative team.
