Description

The role of Management Accountant is available on a permanent basis but while they are happy to wait a notice period there is an immediate start on offer for someone who happens to be available immediately.

This is a newly created role due to a restructurewithin the existing finance department.

For those who are actively studying a full study package will be offered but it would also suit someone who is qualified by experience.

This is a smaller business but there is absolutely scope to get involved in more than just management accounts in thefuture.

It is absolutely a hands on position that will offer the following responsibilities;

Preparing management reports for 4 divisions of the business across UK&I
Reporting into the Head of Finance
Developing process and finding efficiency's
Preparing budgets and providing variance analysis and commentary
Balance sheet control and P&L analysis
Margin analysis as well as profitability and cost analysis
Stock control, reconciliation and setting up an effective asset management tool
Ongoing involvement in various projects to enhance and improve reporting process in a bid to drive both decision making and profitability

This is absolutely a hands on finance role within an SME business and would suit someone who has worked in a business of a similar size before.

There is plenty of scope to add value and contribute to the wider finance teams success.
