BIM Coordinator

Central London

Salary up to £42k (based on experience)

My client is seeking an ambitious BIM Coordinator with over 3 years of experience to join their AJ100 award-winning practice in central London.

As part of their expanding BIM department, you'll be working in Revit and play a critical role in coordinating and managing building information models.


The role will involve BIM coordination of projects within allocated sector, for the purposes of streamlining workflow, avoiding BIM pitfalls, reducing time-loss, enhancing communication and model sharing with design teams and outsourcing bodies.

Core responsibilities include the setting up of Revit models, managing outputs, performing BIM coordination exercises, and communicating with the project design teams/consultants to ensure the BIM output follows the BIM Execution Plan.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Advanced technical skills in operating on Revit and Navisworks
  • Familiar with Microsoft products, especially MS Office pack
  • Knowledge in Dynamo, API, Python Script, Power BI (additional advantage)
  • Architectural background, education and experience
  • Basic knowledge on managerial side of BIM and documents
  • Interest in BIM methodology
  • Education in BIM Management or similar (additional advantage)
