2fawcett are recruiting for a Supply Chain Controller to join a manufacturing business in South Derbyshire. As the Supply Chain Controller, you will support the day-to-day activities of Supply Chain, Financial, administrative and data entry functions.

Main Duties

Control and monitor stock holdings of allocated businesses through tracking sheets, analysis of SAP and warehouse figures to maintain sufficient supply and ensure no stock discrepancies according to procedure
Book inbound shipments into stock
Place orders and track orders to ensure timely delivery according to procedure
Ensure all documentation is done in a correct and timely manner
Support Quality control
Liaise with shipping line and agents to clear and arrange deliveries of orders to warehouse or direct to customer
Advise warehouse of incoming stock, so any issues can be identified and resolved as quickly as possible
Ensure invoices are passed on time to Accounts
Manage AR/AP account of responsible customers to receive/make payments within appropriate period
Support with project work as and when required
