We are supporting a well established and highly successful international Business Lighting company based in SE1 ( near Waterloo/Southwark), who are looking to recruit an experienced
Marketing and Communications Executive to join their growing marketing team for a
12 month contract covering Maternity leave to start asap
Please note that there could be an opportunity for this role to become permanent as they are planning to recruit for a Digital Marketing Executive in 2025

The current role is very diverse and your role will cover all areas of Marketing and Communications.

The are looking for someone who has have worked in a similar role who as good experience of utilising the following systems:


  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • particularly InDesign / Photoshop and Illustrator

You will be helping create Flyers, Client Submissions, Presentations and Mood Boards.


As well as covering all areas of Marketing and Communications, from early 2025 you will be involved with helping to arrange the logistics for colleagues to attend international events and meetings with the company's sister head offices in Europe.


You will also be:

  • Supporting internal communication campaigns to effectively distribute key information and develop learning proposition
  • Communicate messaging and maintaining 'brand voice' across the brand portfolio.
  • Liaising and supporting their external PR and content agency in extending their market reach.
  • Planning and implementing customer events
  • Creating bespoke documents and presentations
  • Digital marketing
You will ideally have a Marketing degree and be a team player who thrives on cross-collaboration opportunities.


You will be comfortable with a fluid work structure and the ability to delegate tasks and take on additional responsibilities.


You will have good Social Media awareness & understanding and good copy-writing and proof-reading skills and ideally have some experience in organising business Events.


This is a hybrid role where the general expectation is that you will work in their offices near Waterloo/Southwark 2 days per week, though initially whilst you learn about the businesses you will be needed in the majority of the week.
