- Set and monitor team KPIs to ensuretargets are met
- Host daily meetings with the warehouseteam to review priorities, address challenges, and set objectivesfor the day
- Provide training and developmentopportunities
- Act as the point of referral for crucialcases, such as inventory discrepancies or urgent orders
- Coordinate annual stock take and cyclecounting procedures
- Follow proper slotting procedure tooptimise warehouse layout and maximize efficiency
- Confirmorder accuracy before shipping, ensuring high standards of qualitycontrol
- Investigate incidents and issue reports tomanagement
- Foster a continuous improvement culture
- Monitor productivity and stock levels, identifyingareas for improvement and implementing necessarychanges
- Utilise experience with 5S methodology tomaintain an organised and efficient warehouseenvironment
- Ensure daily maintenance of warehouseequipment to reduce downtime
- Previous experience working in asimilar fulfilment environment
- Demonstrate strongleadership skills in a previous supervisor role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, andlogistics
- Familiarity with relevant software systemsand tools for inventory tracking and management
- Healthand safety certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigmacertification or training would be advantageous
- Hold afull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
