Our Refresh Café has the community at its heart, and we are looking for someone who cares about great food and exceptional service to join our team as our 'Pop Up' starts to grow.

We are looking for a new team member to support this ever-growing venture, with your positive and flexible attitude, you will primarily help take our Refresh pop-up café on the road to local outside venues, events and festivals.

With early starts, long days and weekends in high season, this role is fun and rewarding, getting to experience events whilst supporting the Commercial Refresh Events Manager to develop connections.

You'll be trained in making the perfect barista quality coffees and with your attention to detail will deliver well-presented food and beverages to customers, both at events and the café at Bicton.

Refresh is about so much more than tea and cake and with your great customer service skills you will provide warm and welcoming experiences.

With your can-do attitude you will be confident in the handling of cash and card payments and work to high levels of cleanliness and food safety standards.
