Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to promote our range of educational products and services, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.
- Effectively communicate LDT brand and values to potential students, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering accurate information and fostering a positive customer experience.
- Build rapport and relationships with prospective students through effective questioning and active listening.
- To promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and friendly working relationship with all stakeholders, internal and external, including work colleagues and senior management.
- Build and maintain a database of potential students, keeping detailed records of interactions and outcomes using our CRM system.
- Work to deadlines as and when set by management.
- Demonstrate positivity, energy and enthusiasm within a team environment.
- Share information, ideas, knowledge and experiences with colleagues.
- To assist with open/taster days, fairs, interview days and other recruitment events.
- Assist the marketing department in producing targeted and consistent campaigns.
