Key Responsibilities:
-

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to promote our range of educational products and services, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.
Effectively communicate LDT brand and values to potential students, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service by offering accurate information and fostering a positive customer experience.
Build rapport and relationships with prospective students through effective questioning and active listening.
To promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and friendly working relationship with all stakeholders, internal and external, including work colleagues and senior management.
Build and maintain a database of potential students, keeping detailed records of interactions and outcomes using our CRM system.
Work to deadlines as and when set by management.
Demonstrate positivity, energy and enthusiasm within a team environment.
Share information, ideas, knowledge and experiences with colleagues.
To assist with open/taster days, fairs, interview days and other recruitment events.
Assist the marketing department in producing targeted and consistent campaigns.

To ensure all student recruitment/admissions practices comply with current internal and external admissions and quality assurance policies.
