Main duties of the job:

Facilitate one-to-one, group, and community activities to tackle health disparities
Deliver parent support, health promotion, and care programs
Collaborate with a diverse team to provide services based on family needs
Contribute to public health initiatives as per government guidelines

About Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board:

At BCUHB, we offer new recruits an Induction Course, Clinical Supervision, and ongoing support from our Safeguarding Children Team. We also provide opportunities for continuous in-house training to enhance your skills.

Proficiency in Welsh is advantageous for this role; however, both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Essential: Basic Education, NNEB/National diploma in Childhood Studies or equivalent
Desirable: Additional relevant qualifications or experience
Desirable: Information Technology/Keyboard skills qualifications

Experience:

Essential: Previous experience working with infants, children, and parents
Desirable: Experience in community or health-related settings

Aptitude and Abilities:

Essential: Strong organisational and communication skills
