You have the choice of either being based in:

Central Cambridge three days and two days in Saffron Walden
Saffron Walden with occasional travel to the other sites in Cambridge.

There is no parking at the central Cambridge site, however they are closely linked to the Train Station. There is parking at the Saffron Walden site.

Supporting the full HR lifecycle, some of the duties including:

Lead and supporting Managers with ER matters
Maintain and advising on policies and procedures
Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters
Assist with probationary and annual review processes
Produce contract documentation
Assist with HR related projects
Support the Recruitment Coordinator with the recruitment process

What type of individual are we seeking?

CIPD qualified or have extensive HR generalist experience
Strong knowledge of ER processes
Professional, approachable and a team player
Experience working within the education sector would be an advantage
Passionate about HR and encouraging a positive experience
A strong team player,

The standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am - 4pm. However, flexibility is key to accommodate interviews and induction days.

In return you will receive a salary between £33,000 - £37,000 and a fantastic benefits package which includes, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays (AND an additional five days for Christmas closure), free lunch and refreshments, contributory pension scheme - matching up to 7%, Private health and dental plan, and Life Assurance scheme (plus, much more)
