In this role you will:
- Conduct analysis of key metrics in ecommerce supporting the commercial team with investment decisions to drive accelerated eCommerce NTS growth & improved ROI inline with OKRs.
- Unlock great commercial insights to support the customer teams unlock growth and build digital leadership with our customers
- Be the commercial lead for digital shelf analysis and execution working closely with the digital shelf manager & customer teams to prioritise actions in line with commercial & customer priorities.
- Identifying opportunities via customer onsite analysis to unlock incremental business focussed both on customer capability improvements as well as our branded opportunities via improved taxonomy or search for example.
- Be a key contributor to driving customer excellence in datadriven eCom intelligence and to the creation of an analytical business culture through eCom Analytics.
- Promote state of the art eCommerce data capture and measurement, reporting visualisation into insights to drive ecommerce performance.

- The scope focuses but is not limited to Pureplay and Omnichannel Retailers as well as feeding into EMEA data reporting needed
Responsibilities:
KPIs
- You will define our digital KPI framework, track against NE eCommerce OKRs including internal financial metric tracking including NTS, TCI% and GP
- Create and align a set of key performance indicators for online sales & digital shelf scores, measure performance across the J&J portfolio for NTS, GP
- Track and analyse Omni Channel customer P&L inline with OKRs
Commercial Insights
- Support the delivery of eCommerce data stories to the sales, digital & media and brand teams by continuous analysis of eCommerce campaigns, providing insight and recommendations for future activity
- Work closely with CBI to analyse trends and support the KAMs with insights to drive performance.
- Work in tandem with category leads to drive insights to execute with excellence onsite
- Lead the analysis & insight of ecommerce promotions to review and improve ROI at customer level across Pureplay & Omni Channel
- Support with insights for Customer Collaboration sessions
Digital Shelf & Onsite leadership
- Analyse the performance of our digital shelf and setup metrics driving rigorous prioritisation for execution
- Customer onsite audits to identify customer capability improvement opportunities
- Category Taxonomy and enhanced content
- Customer onsite opportunities for our brands across search (branded and nonbranded search) and taxonomy
- Commercial lead for Salsify uptake and customer execution
Data
- Develop and maintain dashboard solutions to drive KPI ownership and performance focus, including reports for individual teams on a weekly and monthly basis such as EPOS
- Work closely with our data suppliers, KAMs and internal stakeholders on developing business requirements, business cases including priority areas such as product portfolio optimisation.
- Support retail media benchmarking to enable stronger investment choices that deliver against predefined objectives
- Ability to work with multiple sources of data and have great technical expertise.
- You will lead the optimization/recruitment of our data suppliers.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- (Master) Degree in marketing, finance, information technology or other business/analytical discipline preferred
- Ideally 2 5 years of work experience in data analytics & eCommerce / digital
- Good mix of being a "hacker / loving numbers" and a "strategist" who is driven to translate analytics into action and to collaborate and communicate on different levels
- Selfstarter, able to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactively looking for opportunities to use data to improve performance
- Passionate for ecommerce, digital media and well in touch with latest technology trends
- Passion and ability to convert complex analytics into simple themes that are appropriate for nontechnical stakeholders
- Excellence with Microsoft Office;
