Description

The post holder will work as an essential member of the Prevention Recovery Wellbeing service and support in delivering an effective, efficient, responsive, and high-quality service.


  • Provide administrative support to clinical teams and support services within standard administrative and/or reception procedures.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of the service/department as a member of the team.
  • Work closely with the team to gain the required skills, knowledge and behaviours for the role.
The main duties of the role will include

  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Maintaining the storage of files/folders on servers
  • Recording meeting minutes
  • Covering reception
  • Provide information to clients regarding the service offer available.
