2ND Line Support Engineer

FJR are currently on the lookout for ambitious 2nd Line support engineers with excellent customer service skills to work for one of our key clients in Stockport.

The role

You will provide hands on 2nd line technical support to customers, assisting with escalations from the Tier 1 team, and provide assistance with projects as required.

The role suits an ambitious engineer looking to further their career that is dedicated toproviding a high standard of service.

Requirements:

This role would suit someone who has at least 1 year in a similar role and extensive knowledge of office 365 administration, understanding of active directory / azure AD.
